Prime Minister visits families of those killed in mass shooting

In response to last week’s horrific shooting in Nong Bua Lamphu province, the Prime Minister visited with grieving relatives. The Prime Minister has assured the families that the government would do all in its power to help them while and granted them initial sets of relief packages.

Prime Minister and Defense Minister Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha visited the scene of the assault and layed flowers at the scene before meeting with the relatives of the victims. Families that were impacted by the disaster have received financial assistance from the Prime Minister’s Office.

Money was provided by the Ministry of Labor in addition to any social security benefits.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister expressed his sincere sympathies and support to the relatives of the victims, assuring them that the government will provide for them in the best way possible.

He gave the go-ahead for all government entities involved to monitor the impacted people’s livelihoods in the future.

Before visiting with injured victims at Nong Bua Lamphu Hospital, the Prime Minister also presided over a task force meeting at Nong Bua Lamphu Provincial Administrative Organization.
